Japanese Translator
£18-20k + bonus + benefits
My client is looking for native Japanese speakers with experience or formal education in technical translation.Your main responsibilities will include the translation of software, documentation and help files from English into Japanese , maintaining original formatting and layout styles and ensuring the documentation is error-free before publication. You will have a meticulous eye for detail and a sound knowledge of computer terminology in both English and your native language. Knowledge of Adobe PageMaker and PaintShop Pro would be a definite advantage. Experience or formal education in technical translation is essential, preferably with experience in a software or technical environment.
